Senate Gives $150k to Administration, No Strings Attached
Submitted by Michael Morales on October 30, 2009 - 8:49pmAt the October 27 meeting of the Student Senate, Senators approved a transfer of $150,000 to the university’s administration for “services” after less than three minutes of debate. The Unite Party majority cut off debate following the objections of Orange and Blue Party Senators Jonathan Ossip (Murphree) and Alan Yanuck (Keys), and Progress Party Senator Matthew Vernon (Graduate).
